A college friend of mine Rosanne lives on the island of Sark – a British crown dependancy off the coast of Normandy. Rosie has made a film to promote her work and that of the Artists for Nature Foundation. Their aim is to promote and preserve the unique natural habitat of the small island with its historic culture and traditions. For example, there are no cars on Sark and it’s only two years since the island abandoned it’s 443 year old feudal system of government (the last in Europe). You can see the film and find out more by visiting Rosie’s website http://www.sarkpaintings.com/wp/
